Sweetwater Villas is an Affordable Housing Community located on Lois Avenue in Hillsborough County, Florida.
The 56-unit community consist of 36 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom apartments. All apartments will be equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and storage closets. Amenities include a community area, playground, lakefront gazebo, free parking and several resident services.
We gladly accept section 8 housing vouchers, VASH, or any other forms of agency rental assistance.
